Making The Connections

At Kitchen By The Hour, we bridge the connection between hungry tummies and cooks. We've connected corporate inquiries with our caterers, sent taco trucks to events and increased the revenue for many cooks in meaningful ways. Many food delivery platforms seek to deliver values to corporate clients, be it office lunches, events catering and we refer them to you as part of our services.

Permitting and License Processes

We have production kitchens that are GMP audited and HACCP certified. We've guided businesses through their launching processes; Nutritional labels, shelf life testing, permits with California Department of Food and Agriculture (CFDA), Processed Food Registration (PFR) from California Food and Drug Branch, County Department of Environmental Health (DEH), Mobile Food Facility (MFF), Temporary Food Facility (TFF), and Catering Permit.

For Start Ups and Scaled Productions

Starting up does not have to be expensive. Our kitchen provides turnkey solution where you can start small and scale. We are fitted with co-sharing space that allows businesses to test out concepts on month-to-month basis (starting at $500/month), as well as larger dedicated kitchen suites that go on longer terms.
