Our main customers are caterers, but bakers, cake decorators, confectioners, visiting chefs, food stylists, charity function chefs, and short-run manufacturers are also well served.

Profile: Erin Maffit

Erin is the CEO of Kitchen by the Hour®. She has a long resume of food industry experience, including being a chef instructor, caterer, personal chef, and entrepreneur. Erin realized that commercial kitchens for hire were difficult to find, and set out to create a new business model, providing commercial kitchen rental as the sole focus of the business. The result is Kitchen by the Hour®.
